• Description:
• The city of Espoo (later also the Client) requests offers for cleaning services for the areas of Leppävaara and Tapiola. As of January 1, 2027, Espoo will be divided into three geographical areas for cleaning services. This purchase applies partly to the new "North" and Areas called "South". The object of the procurement is the cleaning services of these areas for locations where cleaning services are organized by the Service Production Department of the City of Espoo's Tilapalvelut liikelait, excluding swimming pools. From the new southern area the acquisition includes e.g. the following districts: Haukilahti, Kuurinniitty, Laajalahti, Mankkaa, Niittykumpu, Otaniemi, Pohjois Tapiola, Tapiola and Westend. The acquisition of the new northern area includes, for example, the following districts: Karakallio, Kilo, Laaksolahti, Leppävaara, Lintuvaara and Viherlaakso. The service to be procured includes all cleaning services required by the Subscriber. These services provided by the Supplier include placement services of the Customer's own cleaning staff, i.e. facility custodians, maintenance and annual maintenance cleaning services for objects that are valid until further notice, as well as cleaning of textile furniture, floor care and annual maintenance work to be procured as needed for objects in the city of Espoo's own service production. In addition to the contract includes commissioning cleaning for sites where maintenance work has been carried out.
