• Description:
• Salo city's facilities services (hereafter procurement entity/customer) requests bids for the procurement of the construction contract for the early childhood education and school unit in Uskela as a split contract in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. The object of purchase is to the address Construction of the Uskela early childhood education and school unit to be built at Kavilankatu 1 and demolition of the old school. The form of contract is a shared contract, which includes the following contracts: construction contract (main contract) and subcontracts subordinate to it, i.e. LV contract, IV contract, electrical work contract and building automation contract. The procurement has thus been divided into five sub-areas as described in this call for tenders. Sub-bids are allowed, i.e. you can leave a bid in one or more sub-areas. Everything is included in the contract performance the works, materials, procurement and obligations presented in the object's plan documents, unless otherwise stated in the plans. The contractor of the construction works acts as the main contractor in accordance with the Land Use and Construction Act. The new building must be completely ready by October 18, 2027 at the latest. The demolition work of the old school and the yard areas must be completely ready by July 1, 2028. 1. Construction contract as main contract The object of the procurement is the construction of Uskela's early childhood education and school unit construction contract as the main contract in accordance with this request for tender and the attached contract documents. 2.
