• Description:
• This call for tenders concerns the procurement of construction materials and supplies from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2029. The procurement does not include HVAC or electrical supplies. In addition to building materials and supplies, the procurement also covers the schools' technical work for educational use necessary materials. The materials, supplies and products to be procured (hereinafter "Product") are purchased as supplementary purchases as needed during the contract period. Most of the requested Products must be immediately available at the offeror's point of sale or from stock. To ensure cost efficiency and reduce emissions, the vendor's point of sale or warehouse must be located within a maximum distance of 35 km from Naantali City Hall (Käsityöläikatu 2, Naantali). Goals and wall coverings The sub-area includes the products needed for painting and surface treatment works. In addition to sample products, bidders are asked to state the discount percentage for other products in the same category. Materials, supplies and products ("Product") will be purchased as supplementary purchases if necessary. The offer shows the VAT 0% net prices of the requested Products and the distance of the point of sale/warehouse (max. 35 km from the center of Naantali, Käsityöläikatu 2).
