- OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT
The object of the procurement is the expert services of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (later STM) and the Ministry of Finance (later VM) for the needs as defined in the tender request and its appendices. Procurement is carried out as a sub-area-specific framework arrangement. Framework arrangement the aim is, among other things, to acquire special expertise and capacity for managing, implementing and making reports on various projects/projects.
The procurement is divided into three (3) areas:
1. Support for the development of social and healthcare guidance
- The goal of the acquisition is to support STM and in the development and implementation of the control system affecting VM. The support can concern the guidance of social and health care content, the guidance of welfare areas and/or the guidance of information management and digitization.
2. Support for overall social and health care architecture work
- Acquisition the target is expert tasks related to the definition and evaluation of the overall architecture of the social and health care domain. Tasks include defining and maintaining overall architectural descriptions, assisting and facilitating the organization of working group meetings and workshops, and general design, support, monitoring and reporting tasks related to the overall architecture.
3. Social and healthcare information management support
