Description:
The city of Kannus is requesting offers for the cleaning services of Lastentalo daycare center and Vesseleide daycare center, which include maintenance cleaning of the premises and changing sheets. Lastentalo daycare center, Valtakatu 52, 69100 KannusVesselit daycare center, Kajaanintie 157, 69100 KannusMaintenance cleaning is included in the work instructions separately defined periodic jobs. Cleaning machines, substances, tools, papers, etc. belong to the city of Kannu, and the city takes care of their acquisition and costs. The offer is requested according to the work instructions and the cleanliness levels (RYL) in Appendix 1. Cleaning takes place in the sites after 15:00 from Monday to Friday. Lastentalo's daycare center is open 51 weeks/year and Vesselit 48 weeks/year. The closing times are announced immediately when they are decided during the year. Sheets are changed once a month, always on the last full week of the month. The service provider is responsible for ensuring that the service is carried out according to the agreed schedule in accordance with and content, and that staff suitable for the tasks are used to produce the service and the tasks are performed properly and with care. The contract starts on January 5, 2026. The contract period is 1 year and a possible extension is negotiated separately. Either party can terminate contract to end with 1 month's notice.
