Description:
Land use services of the city of Salo (hereafter procurement entity/customer) is requesting contract offers related to the preparation of the housing fair. The procurement consists of the demolition of buildings and other structures at three different sites in accordance with this call for tenders and the documents attached to it. Destinations are located in the city of Salo at Ollikkalankatu 38, Tehdaskatu 17 a and Kauniaistenkatu 8 and 10. (APPENDIX 1, maps). All construction site areas must be fenced off for the duration of the work, and the demolition areas will be leveled with the soil on the plots. The work will be carried out as a total liability contract. Demolition contractor acts as the main contractor of the site and as the main executor as intended by the legislation, as well as the contractor responsible for site services and site management duties with all related obligations. The contractor has and the offer must cover the demolition of buildings and yard structures with work. The offer must also cover all the costs of the construction technical support, scaffolding, lifting and cleaning work required for the demolition work, including waste fees and transportation. Construction waste must be sorted during demolition in accordance with the instructions of the environmental protection authority of the city of Salo. The contractor before starting the demolition work, a report on the handling of construction demolition waste must be submitted to the construction control of the city of Salo, and approval must be obtained from the environmental protection authority of the city of Salo.
