Description:
With this call for tenders, the welfare area of Vantaa and Kerava (hereafter the Client) requests an offer for dental laboratory services to be procured as a purchase service in accordance with the tender documents. After the contract period, the contract can be extended by two (2) option years one year at a time. The subject of procurement is orthodontics (orthodontic appliances) and prosthetics (bite rails, removable prostheses, metal-ceramic and ceramic crowns, bridges, laminates). On the basis of the tender, it is formed by department a procedure similar to a framework arrangement with suppliers selected for it. At least three (3) suppliers will be selected for each department, unless there are fewer bidders who meet the suitability requirements or acceptable offers, and a maximum of ten (10) according to the Customer's needs. The subscriber is not bound to any order quantities and to the ordering of any specific instrument under contract. The Subscriber reserves the right to negotiate changes related to this contract in situations where legislation or other significant requirements change the operating environment of the Subscriber's Oral healthcare. the so-called order of priority so that jobs are primarily sent to the first Supplier on the list based on the comparison.
