Description : HUSLAB Laboratory of Genetics at HUS hereinafter referred to as “the contracting entity” requests your request to participate for supplying Diagnostic NIPT (non-invasive prenatal testing) equipment (testing process) of HUSLAB as detailed in the contract notice published on the public procurement website Hilma on 10.12.2021 and in this Invitation to Participate and in its Annexes.
The Invitation to Participate and its Annexes represents preliminary views of the contracting entity. The Documents are subjects to change during negotiations. Documents shall be amended and clarified during the negotiation process. The contracting entity requests final tenders only from those candidates who have been selected to the negotiations based on the candidates request to participate.
Contract terms are subject to negotiated and draft of the contract shall be sent to the candidates selected for the negotiation procedure. The terms of the contract will be based on the terms of JYSE 2014 Supplies (Annex 5) ja JYSE 2014 Services (Annex 6) and terms of the contracting entity, which supplement the general terms.
