Description:
Procurement unit Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District Municipal Corporation (hereinafter "HUS) tenders for supplies related to dialysis treatments. Procurement is divided into eight (8) product groups (TR) and option group 9:
PRODUCT GROUPS:
Product group 1 Hemodialysis catheters, catheter sets and repair supplies
Tugroup 2 Peritoneal dialysis catheters and catheter sets
Product group 3 Hemodialysis: starter sets
Product group 4 Hemodialysis: fistula leak stoppers
Product group 5 Hemodialysis: bacterial filters
Product group 6 Special dialyzers
Product group 7 Renal replacement therapy accessories/CRRT device specific(Prismaflex)
Product group 8 Other hemodialysis supplies
Product group 9 Option group (not compared)
Product groups are further divided into product baskets. The comparison is carried out by product basket (see appendix 1 tender form and the request for tender section "Other information".). The provider can offer within the product group one or uto the product basket as described in more detail in the offer form in Appendix 1. Each item must be offered in one product basket. the product line of the product basket (partial bidding including the product basket is not allowed!).
The Procurement Agreement attached to the request for tender is drawn up for each product basket to be tenderedimus with the selected supplier.
The procurement contract is valid for a limited period of two (2) years, after which it will continue indefinitely. The contracting party may terminate the contract valid for an indefinite period in writing, following a notice period of six (6) months. Ad...
