Description:
The City of Helsinki's social, health and rescue department is requesting bids for the procurement of substance abuse and rehabilitation services and opioid substitution treatment. The aim of the tender is to establish a framework arrangement for substance abuse and rehabilitation services and opioid substitution treatment in Helsinkifor the use of the city's social, health and rescue services and to secure substance abuse services for the people of Helsinki when the city's own services are not suitable for the customer's needs or the capacity of its own services is insufficient. Customer guidance is decided by an employee of the city of Helsinki. Social, healthand the rescue industry produces the substance abuse services needed by the people of Helsinki themselves and buys services that supplement their own operations, and coordinates the entirety of substance abuse services. The service package is built as a collaboration of different operators. The city of Helsinki implements the procured substance abuse services for the most partaksi as its own operation, but complements its own services by purchasing them from an external service provider. The strategic orientation is an emphasis on open services and the priority of own services, as well as reducing the need for institutional services by developing open services and the service package. Acquisitionthe target is opioid substitution treatment, institutional detoxification, and substance abuse outpatient and institutional rehabilitation services for clients from Helsinki.
