• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is the implementation project of the eVaka early childhood education management system based on open source code, as well as the continuous support and maintenance services of the system as a SaaS service in the early childhood education of the city of Jyväskylä. Procurement does not apply the license of the software itself, but the services related to the implementation, maintenance, support and development of eVaka. The implementation project includes project management, system configuration, data migrations, implementation of integrations and testing, user training, and transition to production and acceptance testing. The support and maintenance service covers the operation, monitoring, backup, security and repair updates of the SaaS environment, as well as the agreed service levels support service. Procurement may also include supplementary expert services, such as further development, integration and change work. The service model must support the principles of open source code, information security and data protection, the multi-vendor model and the subscriber's data ownership and possible change of supplier.
