• Procurement of early childhood education's open source eVaka service package as a SaaS solution for the city of Jyväskylä The object of the acquisition is the implementation project of the eVaka early education enterprise control system based on open source code and the system continuous support and maintenance services as a SaaS service in early childhood education in the city of Jyväskylä. The acquisition does not concern the license of the software itself, but services related to the implementation, maintenance, support and development of eVaka. The implementation project includes other such as project management, system configuration, data migrations, implementation and testing of integrations, user training, and transition to production and acceptance testing. The support and maintenance service covers the operation, monitoring, backup, information security and repair updates and support service according to the agreed service levels. The procurement may also include supplementary expert services, such as further development, integration and change work. The service model must support open principles of source code, information security and data protection, multi-supplier model and ownership of subscriber's data and possible change of supplier.
