- Tendering for the electricity sales contract between Keminmaa municipality and Keminmaa Vuokra-asunnot Oy, the result of which is an agreement on the electricity seller's margins and contract terms. Electricity is billed monthly and its price is made up of the electricity seller's margins, quart spot delivery and to reduce price risk from the investigation of the performed power-based price fixings. In addition, the production and consumption volume fee of Fingrid's balance service and Datahub's Site-of-use fees are invoiced in accordance with the price lists in force during their delivery period. Procurement of electrical energy by the municipality of Keminmaa and the tendering of Keminmaa Vuokra-asunnot Oy's electricity sales contract, the result of which is an agreement on the electricity seller's margins and contract terms.
