• Description:
• North Karelia's procurement department requests to submit a bid for the procurement of Karelia Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy's electrical warehouses in accordance with the request for bids and its attachments to the Wärtsilä campus. The procurement concerns a turnkey delivery, which includes battery storage design, hardware, installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, maintenance contract and warranty. The tenderer must submit a preliminary schedule proposal for the delivery of the battery in the tender's annex. In addition, the tenderer must present delivery time to which it commits. The delivery time is calculated from the signing of the contract. However, the battery warehouse must be completed by 31 December 2026. The site where the electrical storage(s) will be placed will be used for teaching purposes during the contract and the battery installation will take place perform accordingly. Before submitting a bid, the bidder must book a guided tour of the installation sites from the contact person in the request for bids. Only the offers of the companies that participated in the familiarization visit will be taken into account in the tender. The customer's contact person is Jarno Härkönen, jarno.harkonen@karelia.fi. The offer is binding and must be written in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish.
