Description:
The welfare area of Etela-Savo and the welfare area of Central Finland are requesting an offer for the procurement of emergency vehicle bodywork for the chassis supplied by the customer, as well as the supplier's overall solution (including emergency vehicle chassis and bodywork) in accordance with the tender documents. Emergency vehicles provided must meet the minimum requirements stated in the request for tenders and its attachments. An advance notice of the procurement has been published to shorten the tender deadline to 15 June 2025 (Hilma number: 2025-026354 / Ted number 392975-2025). The procurement unit has suspended the procurement (Hilma number: 2025-028636 / Ted number 550016-2025) and with this procurement notice initiates a new procurement procedure for the same procurement object, in which case the procurement entity can use the previously published advance notice in this procurement as well. Based on the competition, one (1) supplier will be selected, with whom the procurement contract. The fixed-term contract period is one year long, after which the contract continues indefinitely, however for a maximum of five (5) years in total. The contract period is supposed to start in December 2025 at the latest. The procurement unit does not commit to a specific procurement quantity during the contract period, but purchases are made as needed. Orders for emergency vehicles per purchasing unit will only be carried out if the annual budgeted funds for the purchase of emergency vehicles in the welfare region of Southern Savo or Central Finland are sufficient.
