- Description:
- The city of Imatra requests offers for environmental survey services. The most common reports regarding the environment are, for example, noise, vibration, soil, nature and polluted land surveys (PIMA) and health risk assessments. The procurement is divided into five parts. The procurement procedure is a framework arrangement of 2 operators in priority order by sub-area. Future assignments will be ordered separately. The contract period is 1 June 2026-31 May 2028. In addition, the possibility of a 2-year option is reserved. The subscriber makes the decision to use the option no later than 3 months before the end of the contract period. The contract terms are KSE2013. The procurement exceeds the national threshold value. The selection criteria for the tenders is the overall economic affordability in each area, and the comparison basis is the best price-quality ratio, which is of price (weight value 80) and quality (weight value 20). Quality consists of the response time of assignments. The shortest response time gets full points, and the others in proportion to that. In addition, the tenderer must meet the absolute minimum requirements and comprehensive quality criteria. Destinations are located in the Imatra area and the hourly prices include possible travel and accommodation costs to Imatra. We will primarily order from the cheapest tender from the service provider. If the primary service provider is unable to comply with the response time or there are other factors limiting the assignment, a 2nd service provider will be ordered.
