• Description:
• The object of procurement are Equipment bags and disposable protections used by the police. Equipment bags and disposable covers must be mainly suitable for storing and transporting various sampling accessories indoors and outdoors. small and medium-sized bags, approximately 1-3 orders/year and the order has at least 20 bags. Large bags and equipment bag disposable covers are ordered 1-2 orders/year. Order quantities are estimates based on previous order quantities, and are not binding customer. Other bag accessories and large bag disposable covers are ordered separately in small quantities. Other accessories refer to e.g. detachable bag pockets or detachable straps. The requirements related to accessory bags and disposable covers are presented in appendix 1 "Product requirements". Making a bid requires consideration and acceptance of Appendix 2 of the request for bids, "Agreement for the supply of equipment bags and disposable covers". Not for those parts as in the tender request or its attachments unless otherwise stated, the general contract terms of public procurement in procurement of goods in Appendix 3 (JYSE 2025 GOODS) apply to the procurement. A bidder who submits a bid is deemed to have accepted the requirements in this request for bids and its attachments and contract terms as such. The tenderer may not present his own contract terms that differ from the request for tenders.
