Description:
The city of Vantaa is requesting an offer for fabrics and accessories for textile work. Fabrics and supplies are mainly used for the teaching of textile work in primary schools and the adult college in the city of Vantaa. Procurement is divided into three (3) areas:
1) Fabrics for textile work
2) Sewing accessories
3) Thread technologyt and the tools and materials for weaving and felting
The two (2) suppliers with the most points will be selected as the supplier of fabrics for sub-area 1. textile work. Orders are placed in order of priority from the 1st supplier, and if the 1st supplier is unable to deliver the fabrics, the order is placed with the 2nd placefrom a sitting reporter.
One (1) contract supplier will be selected for sub-areas 2 and 3 each.
During the contract period, fabrics will be purchased mainly for the teaching of textile work in primary schools and adult colleges in the city of Vantaa. Fabrics must be able to be purchased by the meter and larger quantities of fabric (e.g. 10 m/pack).
The bidder must offer all fabrics. The given unit prices are added up and the one who offers the lowest total price gets the maximum score of 100 points. The points of other bidders are compared to the offer of the cheapest bidder using the formula: (lowest given value / offered value) * maximum points.
Sewing taduring the contract period, supplies will be purchased mainly for the teaching of textile work in primary schools and adult colleges in Vantaa. The price of the item is asked on the offer form, where the total price of the products is entered...
