Description:
The object of the procurement is financial administration services for Oma Hämeen tukipalvelut Oy. Oma Hämeen tukipalvelut Oy is a support service company 100% owned by the Kanta-Häme welfare area. Oma Hämeen tukipalvelut Oy started operations on January 1, 2025 and the company produces meal, cleaning, property maintenance and equipment maintenance services for the welfare area. About 300 people work in the company and the functions are organized in the company into four service areas and one administrative area. as simple as possible, a digital solution and the service of a service provider, which smoothly implements the financial administration services needed by the Support Company. The solution utilizes automation and artificial intelligence. The acquisition includes the following entities:- Accounting services- Financial statement and tax return - Financial management software- BI reporting and budgeting system- Integration service More detailed responsibilities regarding the object of the procurement are presented in Appendix 3 of the Request for Tender Responsibility distribution table.
