• The object of the procurement is financial and payroll administration and HR services for the use of Mestar Kuopio Oy in accordance with the tender documents. The procurement covers the information systems as a SaaS service, the implementation project and ongoing support maintenance services. The service package also includes the organization and implementation of the commissioning project. The introduction of the services takes place in such a way that the new service must be in full use by the Subscriber at the beginning of the contract period on January 1, 2027. The implementation project and training must be ready by then. The commissioning is estimated to start in June 2026, when the procurement decision is legally binding and the contract has been signed. The agreement is made for an indefinite period. Procurement is a whole and partial offers are not taken into account. One (1) supplier will be selected.
