• The subject of procurement is food and cleaning services at the Hauho resort, Akkijärventie 221, 14770 Eteläinen. https://www.lastenkesa.fi/hauhon-lomakeskus/ The resort organizes camp activities for children, young people and families, especially schools during holidays. In addition to that, camps are organized on weekends throughout the year, and facilities are rented with full board occasionally on weekdays as well. Until now, food and cleaning services have been organized as a separate operation. The service to be acquired is described with boundary conditions in appendices 1-4. The events, the number of participants, the estimated age distribution of the participants and the number of meals for the year 2026 are recorded in appendix one (appendix 1) in accordance with the information that is known in January. Service amounts vary annually. Hauho Lomakeskus was built in 1984 and it accommodates approx. 100 people at a time. The resort has accommodation buildings, a gym, a multi-purpose room, a sauna and a fireplace room, as well as in the main building kitchen and dining areas and a laundry room.
