Description:
The Association of Helsinki Parishes tenders the food services of its own camp centers in order to offer high-quality and versatile food to children, young people and adults during camps and day visits. Our goal is to offer tasty and healthy meals that meet the nutritional needs of different target groupsadditional needs, taking into account special diets.
The object of the procurement is the food services of the camp centers owned by the Helsinki parish association in accordance with the target schedule for the period 1.3.2025-28.2.2028 and as an option for the periods 1.3.2028-28.2.2029 and 1.3.2029-28.2.2030. The contract is concluded for 3 years and the option is availableit is decided 1 year at a time.
Camps of Helsinki parishes, i.e. internal customers, are organized primarily in the camp centers. In the summer, the centers are full of rip camps for 9 weeks from the end of school to the beginning. In addition to this, almost every weekend of the year is booked aroundin camp centers that are open year-round: Lohiranta and Korpirauha, as well as seasonally open sites in Porkkala and Lekholmen on open weekends. The quietest time of the camp centers are weekdays other than school holidays. Then a random person visits the centerssti groups, such as diaconia camps, camp schools or other camps. In addition to the camps of the Helsinki parishes, camps and events are also organized by external customers such as organizations or schools.
