- This is not a procurement announcement or a request for bids, but a request for information and an invitation to market dialogue. The goal of the procurement is to ensure Keusote's Google Workspace and Chromebook transition with sufficient education services for the years 2026 - 2027. This procurement a special focus is to enable the services described below. 1) Google training services for staff, supervisors and experts (12 months) 2) Work community-specific PoPup support (18 months) The goal is to implement the Google transition by the end of 2026 by or at least by the end of Q1 2027. At the moment, Keusote, or the welfare area of Central Uusimaa, operates in a MS environment. The purpose of the market dialogue is to map potential providers and get their views on the acquisition for preparation. The market dialogue is conducted in Finnish. Participating in market dialogues, signing up for them, commenting on procurement documents or other participation in market dialogues does not oblige operators to tender participation and is also not a prerequisite for later participation in the actual tender, nor does it affect the bidder's position in the tender itself. Market dialogues are carried out in the manner considered by Keusote. Keusote can send drafts of tender documents for comment to those who participated in the market dialogue.
