- The object of the procurement is the planning, expert and design services (Service) of the Customer's production facilities and heating and cooling network and electricity distribution network. The customer's production facilities include, for example, power plants, heating and cooling plants, heating networks, energy storage facilities, tunnels andunderground facilities. In addition, the Customer invests significantly in the construction of fossil-free and energy-efficient production, the development of hydrogen business in the form of both centralized production and decentralized production, for example in relation to the management of heating and cooling of buildings. Subscriber's nothere are heating, cooling and electricity production processes with their equipment as well as related electrification, automation and safety systems and building technology. The services for the above-mentioned destinations include all design fields as well as project management, consulting and expertiseage services and construction site safety, management and control services. The services may also include the EPCM service (design, procurement, construction management) or other similar comprehensive project management service, which includes the role of the main contractor and other site management responsibilities.The design services mainly focus on architectural, process, structural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and automation design, as well as machine design.
