Description:
The welfare area of Laensi-Uusimaa (later also the Client) requests bids for the purchase of housing for mental health and substance abuse services. Mental health and substance abuse housing services are procured to support the West Uusimaa welfare region's own service production.
The procurement is divided into 12 sub-areas. The offercan be done for one or more areas. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders "Description of the object of the procurement".
The anticipated value of the procurement is 124 million euros for a calculated four years. It is divided as follows:
Subsidized housing €13,900,000 (sections 1-3)
YVoluntary housing €46,700,000 (sub-areas 4-7)
24-hour service housing €59,400,000 (sub-areas 8-10)
Temporary accommodation and day center operations €4,000,000 (sub-areas 11-12)
The contract is for the time being valid.
