Description:
The welfare area of Varsinais-Suomen requests bids for the procurement of housing services for persons with disabilities. A housing service is organized for people with disabilities, intellectual disabilities, people with neurological disabilities or people with similar challenges.
The customer of the service is the welfare area of Varsinais-Suomen. The customer organizes the services that are the subject of procurement both as his own operation and with a service voucher. Purchase quantities may change as customer needs, ways of organizing the service or their priorities change. A possible change in the structures of service and welfare areas can affect both to the amount of service needed, and to the content of the services to be acquired.
The object of the procurement is housing services for disabled people.
The estimated annual value of the acquisition is EUR 85,000,000.
The procurement of housing services for disabled persons includes the following service products:
1) Subsidized housing
2) Communal housing
A service package based on a daily price, which includes the following service products: * Living in a community housing unit, * Activities that promote social interaction, * Home care, social housing guidance and/or personal assistance.
Support services:
A) Meal service
B) Transaction service
C) Cleaning service
D) Clothing maintenance service
E) Security assistance service including security service and security assistance visit
