Description:
The welfare area of Varsinais-Suomen requests bids for the procurement of housing services for persons with disabilities. A housing service is organized for people with disabilities, intellectual disabilities, people with neuropsychiatry or people with similar challenges. The customer organizes the services that are the subject of procurement both as his own operation and with a service voucher. Purchase quantities may change as customer needs, ways of organizing the service or their priorities change. A possible change in the structures of service and welfare areas can affect both to the amount of service needed, and to the content of the services to be procured. The object of the procurement is housing services for disabled persons. The estimated annual value of the procurement is 85,000,000 euros. The procurement of housing services for disabled persons includes the following service products: 1) Supported housing 2) Community housing A service complex based on a daily price, which includes the following service products: * Living in a community housing unit, * Activities that promote social interaction, * Home care, social guidance for housing and/or personal apu.
