Description:
The city of Salo (hereafter the procurement unit / customer) requests bids for the procurement of humidity and indoor air technical condition surveys, other construction technical condition surveys, and IV and LVV condition surveys in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. The object of the procurement are humidity and indoor air technical condition inspections, other construction technical condition inspections and IV and LVV systems condition inspections in properties owned by the city of Salo. The expert service to be procured must include comprehensive condition surveys of the property in office and service buildings. For service should include structural engineering studies, thermal imaging, asbestos and harmful substance surveys and condition studies of IV and LVV systems, as well as the preparation of a long-term plan for the property (PTS). The acquisition may also include water supply facility buildings and concrete basins and tanks. The goal of the acquisition is to find out the current condition of the property and possible indoor air risk factors and to prepare comprehensive condition surveys of the properties as baseline information for renovation, to support decision-making or as a starting point for repair planning. In addition to comprehensive property condition surveys, the service included tasks can be e.g. assessment and measurement services related to living health and the work environment, investigating moisture damage, finding out the cause of odor problems or risk analysis of structures, and preparing repair proposals based on assignments.
