Description:
The subject of the acquisition is the pipe fitting located in the area of operation of the HUS Group (including HUS Kiinteistoet Oy and KOY HUS-Asunnot). activity on also in other localities on a smaller scale. HUS municipal corporation has a total of approximately 1,000,000 brm2 of hospital real estate at its disposal. Operators can offer according to the service they offer in sub-regions.

The aim of the competition is to prepare treese-arrangement as follows:
1. HYKS hospital area (Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo), 8 Service Providers
2. Hyvinkaeae hospital area (Hyvinkaeae, Kellokoski, Ohkola), 4 Service Providers
3. Porvoo hospital area, 4 Service Providers
4. Lohja hospital area, 4 Service Providers
5. Laensi-Uusimaa gotraanhoitoalue (Raasepori), 4 Service Providers
During the contract period, the customer can order piping work within the sub-areas based on an hourly price or conduct a mini-competition for separate entities among framework operators. For contractors/service providers selected for the framework arrangementfor procurements/works that exceed the national threshold, a mini-tendering (project-specific contract) is always organized, on the basis of which the site-specific contractor/service provider is selected.
