• Description:
• The city of Espoo, Kiinteistö Oy Matinkylän Uimahalli, Weegee Oy, Kiinteistö Oy Espoo Keskuskeittiö and Espoo Catering Oy (later also the Client) are requesting offers for Ice railway pipelines and refrigerated containers, as well as refrigeration and heating equipment maintenance services for acquisition. The procurement is divided into four (4) sub-areas. Section 1: Refrigerated containers Subarea 2: Ice track pipelines Sub-area 3: Maintenance services for the refrigeration machines of artificial ice rinks and ice rinks Section 4: Maintenance services for other refrigeration and heating equipment Offer can give to one or more sub-areas. In sub-areas 1 and 2, the Customer selects one (1) supplier and two (2) alternate suppliers for each sub-area based on the tender. In sub-areas 3 and 4, procurement is carried out in accordance with the Procurement Act as a framework arrangement. In sub-areas 3 and 4, the customer selects three (3) suppliers for each sub-area for the framework arrangement based on tendering. Orders worth no more than 60,000 euros (VAT 0%) are placed in both areas in order of priority basis and orders worth more than 60,000 euros (VAT 0%) using simplified tenders.
