Description:
The city of Espoo and Espoo Catering Oy (later also the Customer) are requesting bids for the procurement of ICT consulting expert services supported by Digitransformation.
Available here ICT consulting expert services can be used for all tasks and needs of the city of Espoo and Espoo Catering Oy's ICT operation and digital transformation support.
A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. "Description of the object of procurement".
The city of Espoo chooses the competition based on three (3) editors and one (1) deputy editor.
An agreement on the framework arrangement is concluded with the selected suppliers.
The framework arrangement is described in more detail in appendix 1.2 "Description of the framework arrangement" of the request for tenders.
Calculated total value of the acquisition for four years without VAT is €44,000,000, of which the City of Espoo's share is approximately €43,920,000 and Espoo Catering Oy's share is approximately €80,000.
Espoo Catering Oy makes its own contracts with selected suppliers.
