Description:
The object of the procurement is the ICT services to be implemented for Helsingin Kaupunktilat Oy (hereinafter also the "Procurement Unit").
The object of the procurement is divided into the following areas:
- equipment and end-user services
- telecommunications services
- infrastructure services
- cloud platform services and servers
- information security services
- user support services
- other separately agreed services
The goal in the procurement is to find one supplier with total responsibility, who is able to provide a total service in all areas of the procurement.
The procurement unit does not have a quantity purchase obligation, and the contract does not produceexclusive right for the service provider to carry out the procurement. The information on procurement volumes presented in the documents are estimates that are not binding on the Procurement Unit.
The services that are the subject of the procurement are described in more detail in Appendix 2 of the request for tenders.start date is 1 February 2024.
