• Stara, Helsinki city's construction services business (hereinafter also Stara, the Procurement Unit or the Client requests your offer for the installation of activity equipment, play equipment and furniture to be installed in outdoor spaces as part of this request for tender and its attachment in accordance with existing documents. The procurement will establish a framework arrangement for which several service providers will be selected, however no more than ten, if there are enough acceptable offers. Installation of activity equipment, play equipment and furniture implemented either on the hourly billing principle, or alternatively on the total contract price principle. When mini-tendering overall contracts, the customer requests an offer for the defined part of the project. The employees provided by the service provider must have sufficient and demonstrable competence to perform the job properly. The employees' task-specific skills must be proven separately, if required, with industry-specific training certificates or sufficient work experience. Hourly billing and the lowest overall price given is primarily used as the selection criterion for overall contracts. The priority order can be deviated from if the primary framework contract supplier is unable to fulfill the order, or if the framework contract supplier does not have the required special expertise or resources to fulfill the order.
