- The acquisition is subject to the subscriber's interpretation services for immigrants who are clients in the Social, Health and Rescue Services of the Eastern Uusimaa Welfare Area. Interpretation services are used in particular in integration social services, family services and health care. Serviceswill be produced in the municipalities of Porvoo, Loviisa, Sipoo, Askola, Lapinjarvi, Pukkila and Myrskyla. In 2023, a total of 7,269 foreign-language people lived in the municipalities of the Eastern Uusimaa welfare area. The most common guests spoken in the region are Russian, Estonia, Ukraine, Arabia, Albania, English,Vietnam, Kurdish, Thai and Turkey. Interpretation services subject to the acquisition consist of the following forms of interpretation: pre -reserved remote interpretations pre -reserved presence Interpretation Advice Interpretation More detailed description of the subject of the acquisition is in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender. Service description.A framework agreement will be signed for the acquisition, where three (3) service providers will be selected in the order of priority. The contract period is two (2) years, followed by two (2) one (1) year options. The estimated total value for four (4) years is € 960 000.00.This is an estimate and the contracting entity does not commit to the stated euro amounts. The final order volumes of the service may be larger or smaller than reported. The subscriber does not commit to a certain amount of procurement, but obtains the service as needed.
