Description:
The goal of the Employment Fund (hereinafter also "Procurement Unit") is to strongly renew the IT capabilities of the business and to modernize the IT base in the near future. The employment fund follows the Cloud first cloud strategy and the cloud transformation will be strong in the next few years.
Acquisitionthe target is the foundation of IT services, which includes information security services, cloud platform services (including integration platform, data platform, log management, cloud management model, application development platform), on-premises infrastructure services and end-user services. The purchase also includes options, which are picturestu in more detail in appendix 1 Project description.
The goal of the employment fund is to build a functional and modern basis for IT services, which covers basic IT services, information security services and the organization's common cloud and integration platform. The strategic goals are:
• Renewing digital capabilitiesto meet business needs. Streamlining the development of business applications and improving quality with a modern IT foundation.
• Improving cyber security, managing information security risks and developing a management model, as well as developing a Zero Trust architecture.
• Competent and reliablevat IT partners who are able to produce modern IT services with high quality now and develop their services continuously. The partners take responsibility for achieving the end result according to the goals.
