- This document is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a request for information implemented as a market survey. According to the e-appendix, during the winter of 2026, the procurement services of the field of education and training intends to tender for work guidance education and to the needs of the education industry. We are asking for registrations for the market dialogue by 12 noon on January 30, 2026 to the address: kasko.hankinnat@hel.fi. In the subject line, please write "Registration for the market dialogue procurement of work supervision". The market dialogue will be conducted in writing. Those who have signed up for the market dialogue will be sent more information about the planned content of the future procurement and questions regarding the future tendering process. The information request is carried out in Finnish. Information request the purpose is to survey the companies offering job guidance on the market and to obtain comprehensive information about them, so that the upcoming competition can be carried out as appropriately as possible. Answering the request for information is not an essential condition for participation in the tender and does not affect the bidder's position in it. The points presented in the request for information are preliminary and may change as the procurement preparation progresses. The feedback received in the request for information will be used in the preparation of a possible offer request. Those who participated in the request for information do not have the right to receive compensation for participating in the request for information.
