- The purpose of KOy Turku multi-purpose facilities (Client) is to acquire a KVR contractor who will be responsible for the design and construction of the multi-purpose building in Karhunaukio in a cooperative KVR contract in accordance with the final tender request. The city of Turku acts as the client's representative in the project. The content of the procurement and the scope is described in the attachments to the request for participation.
Before the start of construction, a development phase is carried out, during which a plan at proposal and general plan level is drawn up in cooperation between the client and the contractor. The starting point for drawing up the plans for the development phase is the proposal for the implementation solution presented by the bidder in the offer. The development phase of the project aims to start in 7/2026 and the implementation phase in 1/2027. In the project, the goal of cooperation is that the project's parties cooperate and have them there are common ways of working. Bidders who are accepted to the final bidding stage and are not selected for the contract will receive a bid fee determined by the customer.
