• The object of the procurement is the workforce needed by the Pulmonary Diseases Line of the HYKS Heart and Lung Center, the Vantaa and Kerava welfare areas, for the care staff of respiratory paralysis patients who previously received a decision of respiratory paralysis after the end of the current contracts until the end of the transition period of the Disability Services Act. The contract period is 1 March 2026-31 December 2027. Patients with respiratory paralysis need care 24/7 every day of the year. The received offers are compared and a framework arrangement is formed from them. Everyone is selected for the framework arrangement bidders who have submitted an accepted bid and meet the eligibility requirements of the request for bids. Service providers are placed in priority order. Service providers are selected based on the order of priority, so that the one with the most points (the one with the lowest price) The Service Provider with the highest score is the first in order of priority, and the second with the best scores, etc. HUS does not commit to ordering any specific number of services, nor is there any specific scope, but the amount of labor required is non-binding estimate. The treatment must be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, international agreements and authorities, including the Public Health Act and the Special Hospital Care Act, as well as the Act on the Status and Rights of the Patient and the UN Convention on Disabilities, and in such a way that the treatment corresponds to the generally accepted quality level of healthcare in Finland and is in accordance with the instructions given by the Customer to the Service Provider.
