• The city of Salo (hereafter the procurement unit / customer) requests bids for the maintenance of the city's planned parks and lawns in other green areas in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices for the years 2026-2027, i.e. the summer seasons 2026 and 2027. In addition the customer reserves the option for two one-year option periods for the years 2028 and 2029. The option means the option to extend the contract under the original conditions. The subscriber decides on the use and duration of the option separately. The acquisition is carried out as a framework arrangement, the terms of which are described in the Contract Procedure section of this call for tenders. The procurement concerns the entire city of Salo, but it is mainly used by the infrastructure service area. The summer season generally refers to the period from the beginning of May to September out. The lawn care service for green areas includes, in addition to the usual mechanical work, also the finishing work done by hand, such as the maintenance of vegetation that reaches lampposts, benches and other structures with trimmers, as well as collecting rubbish, stones, etc. before mowing the lawn in accordance with the maps and instructions provided by the customer. The contested areas are divided into a total of five sub-areas. The sub-areas are the green areas of the inner city K1 and K2 and the inner city outside green areas U1, U2 and U3. The supplier must have machines and equipment that are intended for professional use and are suitable and in good condition and that cut sharply. The service complies with the RAMS 2020 standard...
