Description:
The subject of the procurement is legal and financial expert services for the City of Vantaa's group companies and the City of Vantaa's group control and supervision unit and procurement unit.
The procurement is divided into six (6) sub-areas:
1. area: Legal expert services: Company law,Corporate Governance and business arrangements, Contract law, Tax law and the tax effects of arrangements, and training related to the above-mentioned areas of law.
2. area: Legal expert services: Competition law and state subsidies and training related to the above-mentioned legal fields.
3rd sub-area: Legal expert services: Public procurement and training related to the aforementioned field of law.
4. sub-area: Legal expert services: Real estate, real estate development, construction and rental activities and training related to the aforementioned.
5. sub-area: Juridiset asexpert services: Data protection and training related to the aforementioned.
The subject of the first five sub-areas are the legal expert services of each assignment type. These services may include but are not limited to: legal investigations, audits, advice, legalvisits, preparation of documents and training related to the above-mentioned areas of law.
6. sub-area: Financial expert services, which includes the following entities:
- Valuations of companies and shares,
