Description:
Keva (later also the Client) requests offers for the legal advisory services of the real estate investment unit.
The object of the procurement is the real estate investment unit's legal advisory services regarding assignments that Keva's real estate investment unit gives to an attorney or legal office.
Yaythe commissions regarding the legal services of the real estate investment unit concern legal advisory services related to the ownership, construction, purchase, sale or rental of real estate, buildings and apartments. Assignments regarding legal advice may includefor example, acting as a legal advisor in transactions, tasks related to the preparation and interpretation of lease agreements, tasks related to the preparation and interpretation of contracts related to land use and construction, tasks related to business and financial arrangements, and joint venturesadvisory tasks related to Assignments can have international connections.
If necessary, the customer can acquire from the contract partner additional procurements in accordance with Section 136, subsection 2, point 1 of the Procurement Act, which are described in Appendix 1 of the request for tenders, Service description.
The customer does not commit to any purchaseamounts, but assignments are given according to Keva's needs.
The scope of the procurement does not include legal representation services in accordance with section 9, subsection 1, item 5 of the Procurement Act and legal advisory services directly related to these.
