Description:
The framework arrangement that is the subject of the procurement includes locking and serialization, repair, maintenance, installation, modification, documentation, reporting and maintenance tasks of mechanical and electronic locks in properties owned by the municipality of Nurmijarvi in accordance with the agreement and its appendicesin. The key management service includes the storage, maintenance and orders of IDs, as well as the storage, maintenance and orders of current mechanical keys. All features presented here and in the criteria must be included in the offered prices, unless they are specifically mentioned in the prices asnot covered, or no separate price has been requested for them.
The offered monthly prices also include repairs related to the maintenance and upkeep of the key nest used for the objects. If the defects are caused by damage caused by a third party, the work and materials are separately calculatedto be fed.
The offers are compared according to the given prices, according to the weighted criteria. The weighting of the criteria is presented in this request for tenders, and the most economical offer is the basis for selection.
Separate prices for locking services have been requested for the S10, S5 and Abloy systems.More detailed content is described in the appendix Service description.
The customer has the right to reject all offers.
