Description:
The city of Jakobstad is procuring loose furniture for the new Bonas school at Bonasgatan 10 12 in Jakobstad. The school includes pre-school and grades 1 5, with a total student body of approximately 200 students. The gross floor area of the building is 3,605.4 brm2 and the building has two (2) floors. The school is planned as a shoe-free school. The school will be completed in June 2026 and put into use in August of the same year. The loose interior design should support the school's educational operating concept and contribute to a safe, flexible and inspiring learning environment. The furniture must be durable, ergonomic and adapted to different users. They must form an aesthetically uniform whole and meet the requirements for functionality, security, accessibility and well-being. The materials' durability, life cycle impact and fire safety must be taken into account. The loose furniture is procured delivered, cleaned and assembled on site. Delivery and assembly of the loose furniture will take place in spring 2026. The final the delivery and assembly plan is established in consultation with the customer after the suppliers have been selected. All furniture must be assembled by 30.6.2026 at the latest. The customer reserves the right to make minor changes to the furniture procured and to their number if the need arises. Any changes is discussed with the supplier, and if the number of products to be procured changes, as a rule the unit price list that the supplier attached to its tender is used as the basis for deduction/additional compensation.
