Description:
The city of Espoo (later also the Client) requests offers for HVAC technical surveys, HVAC and energy planning service and inspection services, multi-objective optimization climate survey, survey and design work for building automation operations, maintenance book coordinator service, countryabout thermal field design and water treatment.
The procurement is divided into seven sub-areas:
Sub-area 1: HVAC design service, new construction and renovation sites
Sub-area 2: HVAC design service maintenance work
Sub-area 3: Energy and life cycle planning, inspection service and multi-modaloperation optimization and climate analysis
Part area 4: Investigation and planning of building automation operations
Part area 5: Maintenance book coordinator services
Part area 6: Geothermal field design
Part area 7: Water treatment planning
Part areas 1 and 2 are divided into difficulty classes. Subarea 1 and 2 each10 service providers will be selected for the no demanding category.
The difficulty classes of sub-areas 1 and 2 are as follows:
•ordinary difficulty class
•demanding difficulty class
•demanding plus difficulty class
•exceptionally demanding difficulty class
In sub-areas 3-7, 10 service providers are selected per sub-area.
Oin sa area 1-7, service providers are selected for the framework arrangement.
