The City of Helsinki acquires a procurement management information system as part of the strategic development work of procurement management, where the goal is to strengthen the capabilities of city-level procurement management with information. The need to unify is behind the acquired procurement management information system the operations of the city's internal procurement units and create stronger, city-wide processes and operating methods for public procurement planning, management and reporting.
