Description:
The object of the procurement is the transportation of school meals and kindergarten meals in the city of Kerava. The locations targeted for meal deliveries and the distribution of locations are presented in more detail in appendices 2 "List of locations" and 3 "Food deliveries 2024" to this call for tenders.
The meal delivery service is produced onlyon weekdays (not weekends or public holidays) in accordance with the opening hours of daycare centers and schools. Estimates of the locations' annual operating days are presented in appendix 3 of the request for tenders "Food transports 2024". The customer and the service provider to be selected based on the competition agreeabout a more detailed itinerary before the start of the contract period. The driving order of the driving routes is free, but the schedules must be in accordance with the ones presented in Appendix 3 of the request for tenders "Food transports 2024". Food truckthe number of yen and boxes per location is presented in more detail in appendix 3 of the request for tenders "Food transports 2024". Containers, transport boxes and trolleys delivered to the locations in connection with the previous food delivery are retrieved from the locations and returned when new food is deliveredto the pick-up point from which the food of that branch has been picked up. Note! Ali-Kerava school is an exception. When picking up food from the Ali-Kerava school pick-up point, the orderer's food distributor will come aboard the food delivery truck.
