Description:
The city of Vantaa tenders meat, meat products and ready-made meals for the needs of Vantaa tilapalvelut Vantti Oy (later also the "Client") in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. The procurement is divided into sub-areas as follows: 1. Meat products and dumplings2. Beef and pork meat3. Poultry meats4. Pancakes5. Hybrid meats and protein preparations used for food preparation6. Prepared food and special diet products - editor-in-chief7. Prepared food and special diet products - additional suppliers Two (2) contract suppliers are selected for sub-areas 1-4 in order of priority, unless there are fewer bidders who submitted an accepted offer. In section 5, selections are made line by line, so that two (2) suppliers are selected for each product line in order of priority, unless there are fewer bidders who submitted an accepted offer. In section 6, prepared food and for special diet products, one (1) main supplier and in sub-area 7, ready-made food and complementary suppliers for special diet products are selected, so that the comparison is performed line by line and the bidder who offered the lowest product price for each product is selected as the supplementary supplier. the conditions are described in more detail in the draft contract attached to the request for tender (appendix 5). The contract period is two (2) years and it is possible to extend it with two (2) one (1) year options. The planned start date of the contract period is February 1, 2026.
