Description:
The subject of the procurement is Mobile Devices and Workstations as well as Monitors (also "Device" or "Devices") as well as accessories compatible with the Devices ("Accessories"), which Kaakkois-Suomen Tieto ("Client") procures for itself and the Client's customers listed in the appendix to the request for tender (" Customers") for use by personnel ("User"). The customers are detailed in appendix 10.3 "Customer's customers" of the tender request. Workstations and Workstation configurations consisting of Workstation, Display and Accessories become the property of the Customer's financial company. Mobile devices are acquired as the property of the Subscriber or CustomersI don't. The accessories become the property of the Subscriber or Customer, if the accessories are purchased with a separate order.
The Bidder must be ready to deliver the Products immediately after concluding the Roofing Agreement in accordance with the terms of the Roofing Agreement. The goal is for the contract to be signed on March 1, 2024. Roomand can start ordering Equipment, Supplies and Services at the same time that the Supplier delivers in accordance with the terms of the Ceiling Agreement. Before the implementation of the Supplier's ordering system, orders are made in more detail in an alternative way agreed upon at the time of concluding the Roof Agreement.
Textracts and Services are priced separately. The prices to be paid for the Products, Services and Additional Services must include all the Supplier's costs that it incurs from its obligations under the contract.
