• The municipality of Muonio is asking for offers for fitness tests. The request for tender concerns the buildings of the library, middle school, elementary school and gymnasium. condition surveys in the aforementioned properties of the municipality of Muonio The expert service to be procured must include comprehensive condition surveys of the property in the scope presented in the survey plans. The service must include structural technical surveys, thermal imaging, asbestos and harmful substance surveys and HVAC systems condition studies and refinement of the property's long-term plans (PTS). The goal of the acquisition is to find out the current condition of the property and possible indoor air risk factors and to prepare a comprehensive condition surveys of real estate as baseline information for renovation, to support decision-making or as a starting point for renovation planning. In the acquisition, an expert and reliable partner is sought for the comprehensive investigation of properties. The service must include as a whole, the steps related to humidity and indoor air technical research and HVAC condition studies.
