• With this call for tenders, the Department of Education and Training of the City of Helsinki is tendering the framework arrangement for interior design services. The interior design service will be procured for elementary schools, high schools, vocational schools, labor colleges and for the needs of loose furniture planning for new construction and basic improvement sites in early childhood education. The procured service and its requirements are described in more detail in the request for tender and in the attachments of the tender. If the offered service does not correspond to the object of the purchase criteria or the minimum requirements defined in the tender request annexes, the tender will be rejected. If the offer contains conditions contrary to the request for tender or its annexes, the tenderer's offer will be rejected. TERMS OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT Nine are selected for the framework arrangement (9) service providers. During the contract period, assignments are primarily ordered on the basis of a percentage distribution according to the overall economic benefit: Rank 1: 35 - 20% 2nd place: 30 - 15% 3rd place: 25 - 10% Place 4: 20 - 5% Rank 5: 15 - 0% Place 6: 10 - 0 % Rank 7: 10 - 0% Rank 8: 5 - 0% Rank 9: 5 - 0% The percentage describes the distribution of orders in euros, not the distribution of the number of orders. Orders are made from the most suitable service provider in terms of the procurement need. They influence the choice of service provider e.g. special skills, schedule and references required by the assignment.
